Problem Migrating a site

hello everybody, sorry in advance im pretty new to plesk.

im having problems when trying to migrate a website from one plesk server to another.

the error message says


Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/tomcat.php --update-service airpcap.eu -no-restart -status domadm failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
Tomcat support is not installed

what does this mean and what can i do about it?

any help would be amazing, thanks james
 
Hello

Probably the site has some java application on the old server, and Plesk license installed on the server where you're trying to migrate to doesn't include Tomcat support. Check in Plesk panel > server > license management. If you see the message like
"Ability to use Tomcat off" - this is the case, Tomcat is not supported by the license.
