anyone ?? ok I reinstall Plesk and OS and seems the same error messages appear from scratch clean and without any websites ...I wish someone can take a look on it

Hi stefanoste,

there is no "real" error, which could be investigated with your provided informations.

[Fri Mar 03 19:27:37 2017] [error] python_init: Python version mismatch, expected '2.6.5', found '2.6.6'.
[Fri Mar 03 19:27:37 2017] [error] python_init: Python executable found '/usr/bin/python'.
[Fri Mar 03 19:27:37 2017] [error] python_init: Python path being used '/usr/lib64/python26.zip:/usr/lib64/python2.6/:/usr/lib64/python2.6/plat-linux2:/usr/$
Even that this is declared as an error, this doesn't affect your webserver... you just should update/upgrade your python version on your server, to repair the mismatch.

[Fri Mar 03 19:27:32 2017] [error] FastCGI process 26210 still did not exit, terminating forcefully
Is a normal behaviour, when processes aren't finished during a webserver - restart and you may have seen the previous notice,
[Fri Mar 03 19:27:23 2017] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
which shows the reason of the apache - restart. In order to investigate the "SIGTERM" ( if not initiated by you, calling an apache - restart ), you could consider to raise the apache log - level, defined in your httpd.conf, or do a traceback on it.

My shoot out of the blue is, that you use MPM-event, instead of MPM-prefork for your apache - webserver ( which might cause issues, depending to your hosted content ) and I suggest as well the usage of PHP-FPM, instead of FastCGI for your (sub)domain(s), to avoid issues/errors/problems.
In addition, I strongly recommend to upgrade to at least Plesk 12.5.30 ( better would be Plesk Onyx! ).

If you need further help, consider to post as well domain - specific error - logs ( and again, it might help to increase the log - level here as well. Consider to use the => FORUM SEARCH, if you need help for that goal! ) and don't forget to post your webserver - configuration - files for further investigations.

Additional help - links:

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level ( TEMPORARILY! ), to get more informations in Plesk - log - files:

Pls. keep in mind, that the more information you provide, the better will be possible investigations from people willing to help you! ;)

The first post was already referring Plesk 12.5.30

Hi thank you for your reply , my first post was already updated to plesk 12.5.30 and the problem is related to multiple same instance which makes the machine overload as attached image in the first post
opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php-cgi -c /var/www/vhost/system/websites/etc/php.ini

I have reinstalled all from scratch in the first both the machine however seems to have some error which I reported on the second post , however I am now installing all updates and I will upgrade to 12.5.30 and see what happen
