Problem re-enabling domain in 7.5.4

I disabled a domain, then tried to re-enable it, but it cannot be done. Plesk appears to go through the motions, and everything looks ok in the control panel, but the site won't come back up. Have tried disabling and re-enabling, but that doesn't work.
