problem receiving emails in horde

hi,

first off great forum guys..

heres my problem.. i cant receive email in horde.. i dont know where to start fixing this... ive checked around our server and heres what ive noticed so far... as you may well have taken note by now, im a noob at this whole thing so be gentle

Plesk server 7.5.4
1. it has the same domain as the server name itself. Meaning lets say the whole server is named server1.com, inside it there's also a domain named server1.com

2. i checked the mx records at some dns checker site and it tells me that 'mx record not found'

3. i can send email outward but cant receive email from anyone.

Thats what ive tried so far.. Hope you can help me out guys...
