problem restoring original server image

I have a problem with the key / activation of Parallel Plesk 10.0
I restored an original image from the server because there was a problem with it and without having previously downloaded the key and now when I try to activate it I always get the message "Another license is bound to Already Specified IP address", so I have access limited to many functions

any suggestions, please?
