You cannot run a PHP binary with "Run a PHP script". If you want to execute the PHP binary yourself, use "Run a command". But normally it is much better to choose "Run a PHP script", but then put the script path and script name into the "Script path" field. Completely omit the PHP binary, that is automatically run by cron, your script and the parameters are passed to it.
