Problem Securing Email with Plesk ...

I just signed up for trial run with godaddy.com's "assisted dedicated server" plan. They setup and maintain the server, I'll use Plesk 8 for standard functions like uploading webpages, email accounts, etc.

Here's the problem: When I asked godaddy about securing the email accounts using the Plesk console, they said they had never been asked this by a customer before. (Wow!) In short hey don't know how to configure the server (Fedora Core 4) so I can set up secure email accounts using Plesk.

They're willing to do it (for a fee "if it takes longer than 10 minutes") if I find out and tell them how to do it.

Can anyone help with this? I've had secure email (pop3s) for years but I have no experience with Plesk ...

Thanks!

PS - I posted a similiar request in the "How To ..." section of the forum, no responses ...
