Resolved Problem to create a new domain

Hi,
i create a domain with idn on my plesk-server (geflüster.de). I delete the abo, because i make a failure. Now i want to create the abo with the domain again, but it failed with
mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:UNIQUE constraint failed: domains.name
on the last step (mail configuration) and so the abo is not created!
What can i do?

Hello @KlausZ
Looks like you face the known Plesk issue PPPM-13825.

Please apply steps from this article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...iled-ERROR-outgoing-column-name-is-not-unique

1. Rename the database:
   mv /var/lib/plesk/mail/outgoing/data.db{,_bk}
2. Rebuild the outgoing mail control database:
   /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/remote_mail_restore/mail_outgoing_restore

If after steps above you still have the issue submit a request to Plesk support
