problem to use Plesk & webmail

First sorry for my bad english,

i'm using plesk 8.1.0, after a mistake in SSH, I have the changed rights files from the root to a user wit (chown –Rf user *),
After I lost my root, and the whole system became inaccessible

I was able to recover the root, I reinstalled plesk and horde

When tryiing to access Plesk or a webmail, I get a blank page without any error message.

Can you help me solve this problem.

Hmm I just did an update to my Centos 5 and now MY webmail is doing the same thing under 9.2
