Resolved Problem trying to install horde or roundcube webmail

Centos 7

Plesk version and microupdate number

Version 18.0.49 Update #1

Hello,
when I try to install horde or roundcube I got this error
Unable to create yum cache for '*epel' OS repository.
Make sure the repository is available, otherwise either disable it or fix its configuration, then try again.
Proceeding with installation or upgrade without resolving the issues that were found can corrupt your data.
So after this threat, I'm stuck.

OK solved. I found this thread Resolved - System Update issue - pum with arguments, missing release
than uninstalling and reinstalling plesk monitoring solved the issue
