• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem updating stunnel

Hi,

In 7.0 there was no problem updating the stunnel and open ssl. However updating it on 7.5 has caused the psa-serv (plesk misc service) to malfunction.

Updating stunnel needs replacing just a few files:
stunnel.exe
openssl.exe
libssl32.dll
libeay32.dll

The problem is psa-serv uses libeay32.dll and upon the upgrade it says ordinal 318 is not found in libeay32.dll.

Could someone help please? Are we stuck with an old stunnel with dos vulnerbilities, or is it possible to somehow upgrade stunnel? run 2 versions of this libeay32.dll maybe?

a little bit of registry hacking and the problem was solved ;)
