Problem with 8.0.1 installation

hi I am using Centos4,2 and I try installing plesk8.0.1 but get that error while doing it with the installer

Code: 
Error while execute command rpm -U /root/psa/PSA_8.0.1/dist-rpm-CentOS-4.2-i386/base/psa-imp-4.1.1-centos4.2.build80060613.20.noarch.rpm
 
Yeh i get a similar error message to that...

Error while execute command rpm -U /var/www/storage/psa/PSA_8.0.1/dist-rpm

Anyone got any ideas?
