Resolved Problem with apt ubuntu 16.04

Hello,
some hours ago i've received an alert mail from plesk panel about failed update, I've tried to give apt-get update, apt-get update but i've the same error

Couldn't create tempfiles for splitting up /var/lib/apt/lists/autoinstall.plesk.com_ubuntu_*****

chown root:root /tmp
chmod 1777 /tmp
