  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.

Problem with AWStats

Hello everyone, I was hoping I could get some help, I have the following problem:

I have Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.2 installed on my server and I am trying to get AWStats working. I enable it when I create a domain (selecting "AWStats" and then "accesible via password protected directory plesk-stat/webstat)

I see that the files have been generated, because the files with the statistics are in /var/www/vhosts/domain/statistics/webstat.

However, when I click on "Web Statistics" I am not able to access the statistics, I get a "connection timed out" error.
I've looked around the forums and haven't found similar issues.

Any help is appreciated!!!!! Thank you
