Issue problem with "Backup To Cloud Pro" backup name

We have a serious problem with "Backup To Cloud Pro", the system correctly plans the backups and sends them to our dropbox account, but does not give them a unique name (usually characterized by the backup date) and therefore the backups are overwritten.

Any help???
