I have a website hosted on my server. Everyday have more 5000 users visit my site, often after 2 or 3 days i can't visit this site but when i restart this server i can visit this site. Everyone know this problem and fix it please help me.

something blocks can be programm hangs, to many connect, sql, log file? difficulty to say what.

tries the error to analyze.
Event Viewer - is an error message ?
taskmanager - what it indicates?
restart iss - what happens ?
disabele and enabele (30s) Network Connection or unplug Network Cable - what happens ?
