Problem with cache

I have a website hosted on my server. Everyday have more 5000 users visit my site, often after 2 or 3 days i can't visit this site but when i restart this server i can visit this site. Everyone know this problem and fix it please help me.

Event Viewer - is an error message ?
taskmanager - what it indicates?
restart iss - what happens ?
disabele and enabele (30s) Network Connection or unplug Network Cable - what happens ?
