Problem with create new hosting account

Dear all.
I'm using Plesk 9.2.3. Some days ago, Plesk is working fine. But today, have a problem. I can't creat new client.
Please view this screen.

Pleskt still Loading ... loading... and no any more.
So, can you help me.

Any related error messages from logs, Event Viewer, etc?
Did you tried to restart Plesk Management Service?
