Issue Problem with DBs

I took over maintenance on a server and not sure why, but db servers are screwed up. Plesk won't auto-update, I've tried doing the rpm update via:

rpm -Uvh --nodeps https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_1...er-17.8.11-cos7.build1708180301.19.x86_64.rpm

which completes, but doesn't fix the problem. I tried running the plesk installer, but it fails with this:

It looks like the installer is trying to remove mariadb and move to mysql-community, but then the installer fails due to dependency on it...
