• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
    With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Renzo

New Pleskian
Hello,

OS:‪ CentOS Linux 7.2.1511 (Core)‬
Plesk version: 12.5.30 Update #32, last updated at May 18, 2016 11:00 AM

I've some problem with domain and subscription creation.

In Plesk section "Adding New Domain Name", after click on "Add domain" compare "Please wait", and after about 10 minutes there is an alert message "This operation is taking too long. Check the results in a few minutes."
The response of the server is:
<html>
<head><title>504 Gateway Time-out</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>

In /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log , there are these errors:

2016/05/17 15:17:03 [error] 26251#0: *14041 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 46.14.164.11, server: , request: "POST /smb/web/add-domain HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/sw-engine.sock", host: "web11.dnspw.com:8443", referrer: "https://web11.dnspw.com:8443/smb/web/add-domain"

2016/05/18 11:17:18 [error] 28576#0: *11 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 46.14.164.11, server: , request: "POST /admin/subscription/create HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/sw-engine.sock", host: "web11.dnspw.com:8443", referrer: "https://web11.dnspw.com:8443/admin/subscription/create"

Any help will be much appreciated!

Regards, Renzo

Restarting sw-cp-server (via systemctl): [ OK ]

Try to do following:

# rm -rf /var/lock/lmlib/container_locks

# service sw-engine restart
# service sw-cp-server restart

duplicate value "TLSv1.2" in /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf:2
Check output of command:

# grep -R ssl_protocols /etc/sw-cp-server/*

Hi IgorG,

# rm -rf /var/lock/lmlib/container_locks
# rm -f /usr/local/psa/var/cache/*
# service sw-engine restart
Restarting sw-engine (via systemctl): [ OK ]
# service sw-cp-server restart
Restarting sw-cp-server (via systemctl): [ OK ]
# grep -R ssl_protocols /etc/sw-cp-server/*
/etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf:ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;
/etc/sw-cp-server/config: ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;

Remove or comment this line in this file and restart sw-cp-server.

# grep -R ssl_protocols /etc/sw-cp-server/*
/etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf:ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;
/etc/sw-cp-server/config: #ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;

Done, but the problem persist
