Issue Problem with IPv6 binding in Nginx web server configuration templates

CentOS 7.9.2009 x86_64
Plesk version and microupdate number
Product version: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.58.2

It's more likely because you have a bad IP address that isn't valid any more or the IP address is incorrect. Go to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and hit Reread IP to re-read the IP addresses, remove the ones that isn't needed, then try again.
 
In addition to @scsa20's answer, I've encountered this issue with some hosting providers due to their Cloud-init configuration.

If this happens after a server reboot, try disabling Cloud-init:

#touch /etc/cloud/cloud-init.disabled

I already tried this, but still did not work but cause a new problem the Update & Revert button of DNS settings in every domain is not showing.

There is no available file for that in my plesk
