Issue Problem with Lets encrypt

I have enabled lets encrypt for a domain .com but the lets encrypt send me failure for .eu domain while i have disabled the lets encrypt for the alias.
can someone help me ?

What is the exact error from lets encrypt?

yes . exactly the .gr is the main domain and the .eu is the alias :
