Question Problem with Letsencrypt and Domain Move

KlausZ

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

A customer has registered the domain at united domains. The domain was hosted not on our server. Now we make the hosting for this domain and the customer change the ip in the a-record. All worked. But now i want to secure the domain with a letsencrypt certificate. And here Plesk bring me a failure, so the old ip is there:

Error: Let's Encrypt SSL / TLS certificate could not be issued for domain.de.

Your domain is registered in Plesk at the following IP address (s):, but the prompt used a different IP: old IP.
Check the current DNS zone of your domain and make sure that the IP in the DNS zone is the same as the IP for hosting.
details
Invalid response from https://acme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz/id.
details:
Type: urn: acme: error: unauthorized
Status: 403
Detail: Invalid response from http://domain.de/.well-known/acme-challenge/id [old IP]: 404

Looks as the Server on Letsencrypt has the old IP.
What can i do?

Thanks, Klaus
