problem with login extern

hello,

I have a small problem with Parallels Plesk panel.
I can log out of my internal network via 192.168.1.7:8443
but from my domain name www.dekooi.net:8443

the ports in my router, I forwarded all as in the handleinding stand.

but he is a load of gedeeldt inlogschrem. Then see yourself in the bar of Mozilla Firefox are my internal ip address. What am I doing wrong?
