• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with login, sso, fast cgi and ssl

Bruno1

New Pleskian
Hello,
I have a big problem the result is that I wait and wait an wait for login to plesk...and I can't connect.
On the server side I see that the fast cgi process use 26% of memory...and that the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs\sso.log grow faster and faster every second... the first time it was a 23GO file that eat all my free space (I have delete it).
The last think I did is to enable a SSL default certificate ( or not selected I don't remenber) on a website...
On IIS while on this website I can read "No default SSL site has been created. To support browser without SNI capabilities it is recommended to create a default SSL site"... it seems there a link between SSL and my problem to connect plesk ... do you have a solution?
Thank you
