Problem with phpMyAdmin - Configuration Permissions

OS: Linux 2.6.18-128.1.6.el5PAE (CentOS v5)

I trying to go to the phpMySql admin by going to the sqladmin url (http://www.domain.com/sqladmin/) and I get this message:
Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!

I cannot find where the phpMyAdmin php files are located on my web server. This used to work, but no longer. Can anyone help point me in the right direction as to where to find the config file?

For example:

# rpm -ql psa | grep -i phpmyadmin | grep config.default
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/config.default.php
