Yes, such warnings may appear and depend definetly on your current used operating system... but this should not be any problem at all for you, as you are aware, that the symlink links to the REAL executable:

(Create a symlink to your desired Plesk - PHP - version - executable ): ln -s /opt/plesk/php/7.0/bin/php /usr/bin/php

... so pls. feel free to replace my recommendation with a COPY command, so that CentOS/RHEL - based systems are satisfied as well.

Actually i have a Problem with the Shopware Console, not showing up with infos or commands, but i guess therefore i have to contact shopware directly.
