• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problem with sending (web)mail

The following happens when I try to send a mail with a 5MB attachment (I've modified php.ini to allow up to 16MB):

With Internet Explorer:
Clicking Send Message, then IE reports Opening:
http://webmail.mydomain.com/horde/imp/compose.php?uniq=234324cbcvcvb.......

I've been looking at that page load for 5 minutes now, still nothing. Just loading...

With FireFox:

Clicking Send Message, then FF ask me to save compose.php.

I've gone through roughly 30 errors since install day one of Plesk (2 weeks ago).

Why can't swsoft make a autoinstaller that works instead of charging 150USD to install the control panel?!??!?!?
