problem with site builder!!

Dear reader,

Now I have a license for the umpteenth time bestled with you again and that does not work. Now, I have been a lot of money and I lost nothing.

I ordered the following license that works.
Your unique Parallels Plesk Panel license key number (s):

PLSK.xxxxxxxxx.0000

I have over the panel and ordered an upgrade license. For the builder web presence.

100 site.

Now I paid and I want to update the license and I get no license builder web presence!

Now I get the following code:
Your unique Parallels Plesk SiteBuilder 4.0 for Unix / Linux Activation Code:

xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx - xxxx-xxxxx (key number: SB.xxxxxxxx.0000)

but how do I then uploaded my panel?

Hi RemcoC,

It seems that you want to enable WPB 10.x, but you've bought SB 4.x license. You need to contact your sales rep, explain the situation and switch your license to a proper one. Thanks.
