Problem with SPF and DNS resolution

This issue is still persisting. There seem to be servers on the Internet that return a SERVFAIL when queried for the SPF RR. While I believe this is wrong (it should return NOERROR or NOTIMP), it does result in Plesk returning a tempfail for e-mail delivery.
The SPF RR is deprecated for some time now, and I feel the right thing to do is to remove the query for SPF RR and only use TXT RR.
