Problem with Statistics on Resource Usage

what meens Statistics on Resource Usage as Other Services?

the resource from one of my customers is overflowed and i can't found the problem. The usage of other services is much higher than webspace or email. i've checked the logfiles, but they are not to big.

can anybody help me?
