Problem with update to 11.5.30

Hi.

I'm trying to update my plesk, from 11.0.9 to 11.5.30 but auto-installer throws the following error:

An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.324981 AiComponent.cpp, line 335.

¿Any ideas?

Did you download autoinstaller from http://www.parallels.com/download/plesk/installer/ ?

Just clicked on the link that shows on my plesk front page.

And the plesk itself was installed by my ISP (ovh) when i purchased the server.

Well. Just try to use autoinstaller now.

Now it gives me a warning

i have to investigate before upgrading, but it seems it will work.

Well. Just try to use autoinstaller now.

I have exactly the same error. I'm trying to upgrade Plesk 9.5.4 on a centos 5.x (64-bits) server to the latest Plesk 11.5.30 and it results in the following:

ERROR: An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.324981 AiComponent.cpp, line 335.

I receive this error on 5 different servers. I tried to upgrade with the latest plesk-installer as well as the following installers:

parallels_installer_v3.12.0_build120601.16_os_CentOS_5_x86_64
parallels_installer_v3.7.1_build101103.18_os_CentOS_5_x86_64.

When I select to upgrade to plesk 11.0.9, the auto-installer does not give this error and I'm able to upgrade to 11.0.9, but I prefer to upgrade to the latest version, 11.5.30.

Also I suggest you poke your ISP (OVH, I suppose) to stop doing such things if possible. Or at the very least create some sort of KB.
