Problem with Webspace

I have problem on Plesk 11 for Windows when I change Power User View. After changing i can't do any more

Plesk show this error: "Warning: The webspace was suspended. All sites hosted with the webspace are not available".

How can I fix this error?

Did you try to activate this webspace at least?

Just create one Webspace so i can review like before!
