Je suis sur VPS DEBIAN 8 et j'aimerais installer plesk.
Voici la commande que j'entre :

hostname libertain.cz

Could you please clarify what type (mysql/mariadb/etc.) and database version is used on your server?

I am not sure but maybe Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements could help?

Why do you try to install Plesk on a server with a pre-installed database?
 
Yes, it is one of the possible solutions: let Plesk install a database from the system's repository and configure it.
