Appreciated gentlemen, I have the following problem:

Days ago behind I try to install a SSL for my domain name www.ciudadtecnopolis.com, it was not successful the installation.

From that moment who wants to enter to my page by means of URL http://www.ciudadtecnopolis.com it cannot enter to the web site, PLESK generates the following error:

• hosting for this domain is not configured

But you can enter to my place web through of http://ciudadtecnopolis.com

I have already verified the configuration of DNS and really have a CNAME www that points to ciudadtecnopolis.com,

There are several occasions I have eliminated and created CNAME for the www and PLESK to try solve the problem, but when concluding the process shows me the following warning

Warning: WWW prefix was changed. Be sure to modify the SSL certifies you accordingly.

They can help me to correct the problem that I cannot enter through URL of http://www.ciudadtecnopolis.com, only can enter by through URL http://ciudadtecnopolis.com

Hello,

What do you mean by "SSL installation was not successful" ? What happened?

It seems SSL is installed partially. If you have root access to your server, try the following steps:

Start -> Run -> MMC.exe

File -> Add/Remove Snap-in -> Add...

Select "Certificates" then press Add and select "My User Account". Press "Finish" then "Close" then "OK".

Read the list of installed certificates and try to find your SSL certificate. If it is installed, delete it.
