Problems adding new subdomains

Hi!

I have a server with Plesk 7.5.2 and Suse 9.1. This morning I added some subdomains without any trouble. Later I added some more subdomains to a different domain which already has some subdomains. Both domains are working fine but the new subdomains are not working.

A remote "ping subdomain.domain.com" could not resolve the new subdomains. A local ping did resolve the subdomains.

I checked everything. http.conf and DNS records seem to be fine. I restarted Apache, then BIND and finally the complete system but the new subdomains are still not working while older subdomains are working fine.

Any suggestions to that issue?

Hi again!

This was a firewall issue. The PSA system runs behind a Cisco firewall and the port for DNS zone transports wasn't open. Keep this in mind if you use default firewall settings
