Problems after update from Plesk Panel 8 to 10

Hello,

after I made the update Plesk created "Abonnements" (I think subscriptions in english) for each domain and two customers (which previously were clients). The problem I have is that each account of a customer is able to see and edit each domain (and mail accounts, etc.) within a customer.

To solve this issue I created customers for each set of domains which belong together and moved the "Abonnements" (subscriptions) to the newly created customers. All mailboxes are correctly moved but the logins of the mailboxes are still remaining in the previous subscription. I tried to delete one of the user accounts in this subscription because I thought that this user account has been moved with the subscription to the newly created customer. But this just deleted the user account and resulted in a mailbox without a linked user for login.

My question is: Is there a way to move user accounts from one subscription to another?

Otherwise I think the only way to fix this issue is to remove all user accounts and create new one within the correct subscription. But if there is another way I want to avoid it because it's kind of recreating all from scratch. :-(

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

I think I solved the problem by manually updating the database.
