Problems after upgrading neon

Here's what I get when I try and start Plesk after I upgraded Neon (a newer version of Neon is needed for another program that I need).

[root@u15246179 init.d]# ./psa stop
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpsdctl stop: httpd stopped
Stopping Plesk: [ OK ]
[root@u15246179 init.d]# ./psa start
Starting psa-spamassassin service: [ OK ]
websrvmng: Service /etc/init.d/httpd failed to start
websrvmng: Service /etc/init.d/httpd failed to start
Processing config directory: /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/httpsd.*.include
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpsdctl start: httpd started
Starting Plesk: [ OK ]
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/packagemng: error while loading shared libraries: libneon.so.24: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[root@u15246179 init.d]#

Http won't load because I've upgraded Apache, but I'm not worried about that part.

Libneon.so.24 doesn't exist anymore; however this one does:
/usr/local/lib/libneon.so.25

Can I trick Plesk into thinking .25 is .24? I believe the original file was here: /usr/lib64/libneon.so.24

I'm running the 64 bit version of Fedora 4.

Thanks, any help is appreciated.
