Problems removing alias, mchk.exe fails

Hey guys, I got fed up with this error on the current server and could not find the answer, I built another box, fresh install of plesk and restored from a plesk backup, but yet I still have this problem:

When I try to remove a domain, or an alias I get something like this:
DomainAlias::delete() failed:
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------

Fine so I look that up and I get the standard run mchk.exe --all and that will fix it. Nope... I get:
Unable to create new domain www2.nni.com www2.nni.com in postoffice domain.com: MEAOSM.Domain.AddDomain failed

So according the faq's with that, I should run mchk.exe --all --fix=all and I still get the same error message, just takes like 20 secs longer to come up

Any Ideas?

sorry, wrong forum. Actually this is a 7.5.6 version of plesk.

Can someone from swsoft please share some insight?
