I installed oscommerce (well actually creloaded) and i wanted to delete all the files in the httpdoc folder that holds my domains files via WinSCP and it keeps giving me permission denied errors.
I FTPed into that domains account and tried it that way, and it gave me a similar error
I even tried deleting the files from Plesks file manager and i get error
Error: Unable to remove file. Permission denied
filemng: Error occured during /bin/rm command.
I can manually delete all the files except the ones that are erroring out which leaves me with only empty directories, which tells me its not files that arent getting deleted, they are folders. Can someone tell me why?
