• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have finished upgrading Plesk Panel to the latest version from 11.0.9 to 11.5.3 on my Win 2008. Afterthat I am having issues on opening customer control panel it is not opening and I get the following message:

Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again.

Please help.

Hello IgorG,

I have already check this thread but with no luck my server configs are given below:

OS: Windows Server 2008 Ent 64bit
IIS version: 7.0

However the PP version 11.0.9 was working perfectly fine before but after upgrade to PP ver. 11.5.30 my customers are unable to open their control panel as they receives "This webpage has a redirect loop" most of the time. Secondly from admin panel I am receiving "Error: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "fastcgi-5" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again."

I want to just ask that whether IIS ver.7 supports PP ver. 11.5.30 or not?

Thanks,
