problems upgrade to Plesk 12

We have a server at Hetzner and it ran Plesk for over 2 years with no problems. Last week I saw a button upgrade to version 12. I clicked and something went wrong with that proces. After 2 days the server became very slow and mailservices did not work etc, and since the upgrade started Plesk was not accessible. I did a hardware reset and all the websites (more then 100K visits per month) and mail works again fine. but I still have no access to Plesk e.g. lost control over my server. I looked around on internet and this site, but can not find an answer how to proceed. Can anybody give some directions or help?
