• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

problems uploading files

Hello,
I have a client who is developing a site using mySQL db and PHP. On their site they have a place for visitors to browse their computer for images and upload them. The problem we are having is that it only allows 8KB (8,192 bytes) to be uploaded. If the image is under 8KB, the file uploads just fine, if it is larger than 8KB, it only uploads the first 8KB and the rest of the image is a black box.

Any ideas? Is there a setting on the server that might cause this problem? I have another client doing the same thing but that site is on Linux and working fine. I have looked over his code and don't see anything wrong, is there a setting on the server that might effect this?

Thanks for you help,
Andy
