Problems when I try to log on plesk 12.0.18-71 running on Windows Server FR 2012 R2 Standard

Hello,
I have a big problem when I try to log on plesk 12.0.18-71 running on Windows Server FR 2012 R2 Standard.
I use https://localhost:8443/login_up.php3
When I enter user and password I have this message :

L'opération a échoué
L'opération que vous tentiez de réaliser a échoué. Vous pouvez essayer de l'exécuter de nouveau en changeant ou non les paramètres.
Vous pouvez aussi, si vous le désirez, faire part du problème à notre service Assistance technique pour obtenir de l'aide le plus rapidement possible.

I can enter on plesk interface clicking on "Accueil"
But When I try to change something it doesn't work. e.g. if I try to Unlock and synchronize a domain I have this message:
Internal error:
Message
File Hierarchical.php
Line 105
Type Exception

All the ftp connexion for all domains stop to work!
If I try to add a new mail adress, I have a message "Internal error"

Please Help me, I have to solve this as soon as possible.

forget this post, I made update to plesk 12.5.30 and it's OK.

All problems are solved.
