Hi IgorG,

I also have problems with getting Kaspersky to work in Plesk v10.1.1

See also my post here.

My status:
- Server OS: Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64
- Freshly installed Plesk 10.1.1, also installed microupdates #MU1...#MU9.
- Plesk licensing says: Kaspersky key is present and active
- In antivirus settings I could tick the checkbox Kaspersky AntiVirus
- I don't see the module "Kaspersky antivirus"
- I don't see further options for antivirus settings
- In Managing System Services: service Kaspersky Antivirus is not running (red cross), unable to start the service
- Mail is not scanned (no X flag antivirus present)
- I read the documentation but couldn't find a possible solution
- I cannot find the Kaspersky Antivirus module in the distribution

Questions:
- Is it a known bug that will be solved in a next version?
- Should the Kaspersky Antivirus be visible as a module?
- Is there something I can try to get it working? How can I safely uninstall and reinstall the Kaspersky virusscanner?

Thank you

The total lack of response seems like a confirmation to me that this must be a bug.
Can please anyone respond who has the Kaspersky Antivirus to work in combination with Plesk v10.1.1 ? I am curious if this is possible.
