problems with master email after full plesk 12 reinstallation

Hi, i have two problems with email... the first one is as simple as my master account email doesn´t work, i get "-ERR USER cleartext authent"... the user is the right one, and password too.
The second one is that i´ve tryed to access this email account trough webmail, but i get this error: "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"... i guess there´s maybe a DNS error, but i´m not an expert and i cannot fix it... any suggestion?

Hi moises,
please check your DNS Providers records and note, the only CNAMES should be for ftp and www.
Mail, imap, pop and smtp should be A records, for reference see how they are in Plesk.
