Problems with phpMyAdmin not launching

I'm running Plesk 8.1.1 on SLES 10, and whenever a domain user logs in, then attempts to click the plesk button for opening up a database in phpMyAdmin, nothing happens. The screen reloads and never launches PHPMyAdmin. Any suggestions?
