Problems with plesk ftp

hello

I am running debian sarge and have plesk 7.5.4 installed. But since last upgrades i can't add any new domain's anymore i get always error messages

When i add a domain it always tell us that the domain is already set up

When i set up the hosting
ERROR
Up LevelUp Level
Unable to assign variables for PHostingForm: Unable to get hardquota state: vhostmng: Unable to getpwnam for user test vhostmng: Unable to getpwnam for user test vhostmng: Error: Unable to find user test or bad uid
0: /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/hosting/phosting_setup.php:290 psaerror(string "Unable to assign variables for PHostingForm: Unable to get hardquota state: vhostmng: Unable to getpwnam for user test vhostmng: Unable to getpwnam for user test vhostmng: Error: Unable to find user test or bad uid"

Also it looks like plesk doen't make new ftp users.

If you try to edit the FTP username for an existing domain, does it work?
