Problems with Scheduled Backup

Hello, i have a server for one client, that has only 5 domains, and this domains have scheduled backup with separeted time to run, but the big one that start before the other, get 4 hour and not works, so i need to log in into the server and run the command "/usr/local/psa/bin/domain -u domainname.com -status enabled" so the domain start to run ok, everyday this, the backup is get 7.15 GB, i didn´t find any log, i configure the backup if there is any problem to send email to me, but i didn´t receive anything too, is there any log that i could see and find the problem to fix it? Or another program to make the backup for this plesk server for free of course.
