Problems with updater

When I will update plesk through the web interface I get 'Error: There is no suitable releases.'

When I run ' rsync autoinstall.plesk.com::autoinstall' at the command line I get 'rsync: getaddrinfo: autoinstall.plesk.com 873: Temporary failure in name resolution'

Do you have any idea what the problem is??

For me, the problem is solved.

I couldn't ping any site, except my own vpn.
